The 62nd Salone del Mobile.Milano, renowned for research, experimentation and innovation, witnessed a remarkable growth of over 17.1 per cent over 2023. The event hosted over 1,950 exhibitors from 35 countries, attracting a record turnout of 361,417 visitors, with 54.3 per cent from abroad, showing a significant increase in operator attendance (+26.8 per cent and a rise in press presence, informed the official website.
Notably, the top 15 market geographies included China, Germany, Spain, and others, creating new business opportunities. The week-long event featured key showcases like EuroCucina, Technology For the Kitchen and the International Bathroom Exhibition, underlining its importance as a cultural event and business platform.
Maria Porro, President of the Salone del Mobile.Milano, expressed satisfaction, highlighting the event’s global significance and its role as a vital platform for the economy. The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) provided essential support in attracting international operators, along with the collaboration of Fiera Milano. The digital aspect of the event also witnessed impressive results, with over 1 million interactions and 90 million impressions, indicating its global reach and impact.
Looking ahead, the Salone del Mobile.Milano 2025 is scheduled from 8 to 13 April.
